Summer Studies at the Prep
The Summer Studies program on the Preparatory Campus offers a broad spectrum of courses, ranging from electives to honors, from readiness to college writing, and from favorites like art to new classes like Field Studies in Florida History.
Some classes are designed to build the skills necessary for students to meet with success in Gulliver’s rigorous academic program; others are constructed to enrich students, preparing them to advance from one level to the next. And, some courses are designed to meet students’ interests and needs, such as visual arts, study methods, and physical education.
Pursuing these courses during the summer enables students to accommodate more electives during the regular school year. Summer Studies provides a unique academic opportunity that combines intensive academics, small-group learning, and individual attention in a range of three and six-week courses. All classes are taught by Gulliver faculty members.
