Dance at Gulliver

The summer dance program at Gulliver provides students in second through fifth grades the opportunity to explore the world of dance in a supportive, enthusiastic and creative environment. Students are exposed to ballet, jazz, hip hop and contemporary dance, learning about the technique and style of each genre. In addition to gaining a greater understanding of dance, students will develop invaluable lessons such as self-discipline, self-expression, and self-confidence, all of which benefit them as growing individuals.

Taught by the Middle School and National Champions Junior Sundancers dance director Mrs. Duval, the summer dance program is a fun and exciting opportunity for dancers of all ability levels. This wonderful experience will culminate with a performance where students can showcase all that they have learned. At the end of the program, students will have further developed their abilities in dance, have a greater appreciation for the art of dance, and possess stronger self-esteem.
