Giving and Getting Involved
YOUR PARTICIPATION IS ESSENTIAL
Gulliver Schools relies on the support and involvement of our entire community - including trustees, parents, alumni, faculty and staff, grandparents, past parents, and friends. Annual fundraising efforts and special events provide a variety of options to become involved. These relationships and investments enhance the educational experience we provide to more than 2,200 each year.
We ask for our community's support in two meaningful ways:
Financial Support
Annual giving is the most important fundraising priority at Gulliver Schools. Tuition covers only the basics of the school's operating costs. The impact of annual giving on the school budget is critical to maintaining Gulliver's tradition of excellence. Fundraising resources are used to address equipment and facility needs, enhance program development, attract and retain an excellent faculty and staff, as well as build and plan for the future.
It runs annually from July 1st through June 30th.
We hope, as virtually every independent school does, that members of the Gulliver community will contribute to our annual fundraising drive to the extent that they are able.
Volunteerism
Gulliver Schools encourages parents to participate in school life to better their child's learning experience. Parents can participate by volunteering in the classroom or with an events committee which support the school throughout the year. We also welcome and encourage grandparents, past parents, and alumni participation at school functions, athletic events, fundraisers, and performances.
