Gulliver Schools and SAGE Dining Services are pleased to present an exciting dining program.

The talented chefs from SAGE Dining Services make meals at Gulliver Schools a daily culinary adventure. Our community is treated to real food, cooked from scratch. SAGE's seasonal menus are custom designed for us, reflecting diners' preferences using fresh products available in the market.

The SAGE Spotlight Program® uses color-coded signs and menus to teach students about the nutritional value of food and to guide them through the process of choosing a complete and balanced meal.

Our registered dietitians review and approve each menu to ensure that every meal meets SAGE's high standards. To reflect this, a spotlight dot color is assigned to each menu item, providing a road map to building a healthy meal.

Vegetarian entrees are also available at all meals. Besides the meals outlined above, salad bars, deli bars, and fruit, soup and homemade bread are available at every meal.

Gulliver Schools has two bookstores, one on each main campus, to serve the needs of students, faculty, and parents. The bookstores maintain a well-stocked inventory to ensure that teachers and students have the necessary books and supplies to meet the academic goals of the school.
